We know that our satisfied customers have been, and will continue to be the secret to our success.  We also believe that our Residential Service & Reliability Agreement (RSRA) is the best way for us to keep our customers satisfied.  The purpose of this program is to offer you preferred treatment and save you money.  With your investment in Paramount Plumbing Inc.'s Residential Service & Reliability Agreement, you will have one of the most comprehensive plumbing service agreements available anywhere.  With this agreement, you are considered a Preferred Customer which entitles you to absolute priority service, extended warranties, cash discounts and most importantly Peace of Mind.  The purpose of this plan is to provide your family with enhanced equipment safety, efficiency and reliability as well as extend the life of your equipment.  Here is just a sample of our procedures:

General System
Inspect complete home for signs of water and gas leaks (must be readily accessible).
Search for code and safety violations.
Present complete written report.
Advise client with recommendations.

Kitchen
Inspect dishwasher supply hoses.
Inspect faucets for corrosion.
Inspect faucets seals for wear.
Remove, inspect, and clean aerator.
Inspect all viable drains.
Test all emergency shut-off valves and inspect for cracks, corrosion, etc.
Test disposal unit and inspect for signs of corrosion, excessive wear, and leakage.

Bath and Laundry
Inspect washing machine water supply hoses.
Inspect washing machine drain hose.
Inspect and test trip waste assemblies.
Inspect toilets and tanks for potential leaks, excessive corrosion, proper settings, and water usage settings.
Perform dye testing for tank leakage.

Water Heater
Inspect water heater emergency temperature/pressure and shut-off valve.
Test and inspect water supply valve.
Clean, inspect, and test burner and pilot assembly and related controls.
Test exhaust flue gas assembly.
Inspect gas supply connections.
Set for proper water temperature.

As a Residential Service Reliability Agreement Customer, you will receive priority service when scheduling during normal business hours.  You will also receive a 15% discount on the entire job should service be required.
